Why would it not be halal? Real estate is property which is a halal asset in and of itself. As long as the property is halal and the investment mechanism is halal, why would it be any different to other investments like gold and stocks?
In fact Wahed should really offer a window into real estate investing like it does for Sukuk, gold and stocks!

Agreed, unless you are specifically investing into these to host haram activity, I would see no issues with it. I think these are one of the businesses all Muslims should get into to create good wealth and stability for muslims.

Although I would be wary. The housing market could potentially crash in the short term as we head into recession

What is the most feasible and most secure way to start investing in real estate? I would like to get involved ASAP, but need the right guidance and the right steps, currently have zero knowledge on how it works and how to get involved.
